1. What we collect

• Identifiers: phone number, Telegram ID, email (if provided), display name.
• Content you send: photos, links, text, and asking-price information.
• Usage data: timestamps, request metadata, message logs for quality and debugging.

2. How we use it

• To deliver valuations and respond to your messages.
• To improve model accuracy and service quality.
• To detect abuse and enforce our Terms.
• To send transactional messages about reports you requested.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on vetted providers to operate:

• Twilio — SMS/MMS delivery
• Telegram — bot messaging
• Microsoft Azure — hosting, storage, database
• Anthropic — language + vision AI inference
• Clerk — authentication

Each is bound by its own terms and receives only the minimum data necessary.

4. Data retention

Photos and messages are retained for as long as needed to operate the Service, typically no more than 24 months, unless you request deletion. Transactional records may be held longer where required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@luxloupe.com. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to data portability.

6. SMS consent & opt-out

By messaging a Loupe phone number, you consent to receive automated replies. Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe; HELP for help. We honor opt-outs immediately. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, managed identities, and private networking for our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately if you suspect a breach.

8. Children

Loupe is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.
